Mike Scully is my hero

Mike Scully is my hero...
I shall miss many people whom I have met over the years here at Farmington, however, Michael Scully is indeed, the most remarkable, courageous and right-minded person I have ever met. Mike has volunteered here at the library for many years and has, without fail, reminded me what real courage is all about.
HAPPY NEW YEAR
AND
FAREWELL…

Farmington Libraries Management Team Topping OFF the elevator

In building construction, topping off is a builder’s rite traditionally held when the last beam is placed atop a structure. During the Barney Additions and Renovations, we expressed our joy with such an event where each of the project donors signed the last beam. Again, we have a momentous occasion where our new elevator is about to be placed in service and the last steel plate is to be placed in the cab. Here you can see our management team celebrating the final installation of the new elevator.
