This public hearing will concern a notice of intent to prepare an environmental impact statement of the planned Algonquin incremental market project, request for comments on environmental issues and notice of public scoping meetings. the public is invited to participate by commenting on potential environmental effects reasonable alternatives and measures to avoid or lessen environmental impacts.
